Bio.
At FinanceRx, my goal is simple: to share knowledge and increase financial literacy, helping readers avoid the pitfalls that often come with learning money lessons the hard way.
My journey in personal finance began early, inspired by my father, an entrepreneur who taught me invaluable lessons in sound money management, exceptional client service, and responsible investing. Those principles became the foundation of my career, shaping both my approach and my values.
After exploring various roles to discover my strengths, I earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Alberta. Like many students, I initially dreamed of making it big in Toronto or New York, but as my understanding of finance deepened, I realized the field offered countless pathways—and my true calling was in guiding individuals and families through their financial journeys.
In 2013, while still in university, I joined a Canadian chartered bank and quickly discovered my passion: helping clients clarify their vision for the future. Over the years, I’ve built a practice that is rooted in trust, working closely with families across Canada and at every life stage, focusing on personalized, goal-based financial planning and wealth management.
Continuous learning has always been a priority for me. I’ve pursued advanced financial planning and investment management designations to ensure my clients receive the highest standard of service. As part of a private wealth management team within one of Canada’s chartered banks, I’m proud to work with a select group of families, delivering the same exceptional care I saw my father offer his clients.
Thank you for visiting FinanceRx. I hope you find insights here that are as rewarding for you to read as they are for me to share.
If you have questions or want to discuss your unique financial goals, I’d love to hear from you.
